Mobile Garden Sculpture Community Project
For Crouch End Open studios 2021 we invited the local community to come together and participate in a series of free workshops inspired by Nature, held in August 2021. The workshops were led by Crouch End Open Studios Artists Barbara Mansi, Elizabeth Brown, Julia Clarke and Lara Harwood took place at Alexandra Palace. We explored Willow , Cyan-types, Haiku poems and mobile making all using recycled or natural materials.
The work produced during these workshops will form The Mobile Garden Sculpture to reflect our thoughts around nature and the environment. This community sculpture will be exhibited at Hornsey Library as part of the Crouch End Open Studios Weekend Event on September 24 25 26 & 27 2021.
